Local virou ponto de descarte de lixo depois que proprietários demoliram parcialmente a casa e largaram o terreno aberto
“Agradecemos sua participação cidadã. Juntos podemos fazer mais por nossa cidade”.
Essa é a frase da Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo quando um munícipe realiza uma reclamação ou solicitação através do portal de atendimento 156.
No entanto, na prática “o juntos” não acontece e o cidadão passa a se perguntar:
O que fazer agora?.
Os moradores das residências próximas a um terreno na Rua José Mascarenhas nº 636, esquina com a Rua Dona Escolástica Melchert da Fonseca sofrem diversos transtornos com o descarte irregular de lixo e proliferação de insetos.
Os vizinhos do terreno queixam-se que fazem reclamação, solicitam fiscalização e autuação dos proprietários para que realizem a limpeza e fechem o acesso ao terreno, mas a Prefeitura não toma providências.
Demolição parcial teve como objetivo expulsar família
Para expulsar uma família de uma casa antiga os proprietários demoliram parcialmente a casa e largaram o terreno aberto.
O local agora é um ponto viciado de descarte irregular de lixo.
A sujeira toma toda a calçada e obriga as pessoas a andar pela rua, além do mais, aumenta a proliferação de ratos, baratas e outros insetos que estão afetando todos os moradores próximos e transeuntes.
“Os proprietários não cuidam, a Prefeitura não fiscaliza e nós estamos sendo obrigados a conviver com insetos, ratos, baratas e entulhos despejados por caminhões, sem falar no medo que dá passar ali a noite”, queixou-se uma moradora que disse já não saber mais o que fazer para que esse problema seja solucionado.
Mas não são só os moradores que estão sendo atingidos, a natureza também.
Além dos problemas que o lixo provoca na vida dos moradores, árvores como uma mangueira e um Ipê estão sendo sufocados pelos diversos tipos de lixo, onde percebe-se vaso sanitário, restos de sofá, entulho e outros.
De acordo com moradores que solicitaram fiscalização da Prefeitura, ao acompanhar suas denúncias através do portal 156, constatam que suas solicitações continuam sem andamento até o momento.
