Saúde realiza mutirão de testes rápidos para HIV e Sífilis na estação Brás do Metrô

Ações acontecem em 12, 19 e 26 de novembro e ofertam testes rápidos, preservativos e materiais informativos

   A Secretaria de Estado da Saúde promove nesta quinta-feira (12), das 10h às 14h30, uma ação de testagem para HIV e Sífilis, IST (infecções sexualmente transmissíveis) que podem ser evitadas com uso de métodos preventivos e diagnosticadas precocemente. Por isso, serão 250 testes rápidos para cada doença, com distribuição de 7,2 mil preservativos masculinos, 600 preservativos femininos, 2 mil sachês de gel lubrificante e materiais informativos. A iniciativa acontece na estação Brás do Metrô, na linha 3-Vermelha, e deve se repetir nos dias 19 e 26 de novembro.

   A ação conta com a participação de 50 profissionais do Centro de Referência e Treinamento (CRT) DST/Aids-SP, braço operacional da Secretaria de Saúde de SP que coordena a testagem, com apoio do Metrô. Os testes rápidos são práticos e de fácil execução, com resultado em 30 minutos, além de serem gratuitos, confiáveis e não requererem jejum.
“Anualmente, promovemos ações de conscientização acerca destas doenças infelizmente ainda pouco faladas na sociedade. A ideia é desmistificar os tabus e prestar toda a assistência e orientação à população”, explica o coordenador do Programa Estadual DST/Aids-SP, Alexandre Gonçalves. “A testagem é indicada para todos que têm vida sexual ativa, em especial profissionais do sexo e pessoas com múltiplos parceiros”, completa.

   Os testes rápidos possibilitam que a população tenha acesso ao seu resultado de forma ágil e, caso o resultado ateste positivo para HIV ou sífilis, uma nova amostra de sangue é coletada e encaminhada para teste laboratorial para confirmação de diagnóstico. Se o resultado for positivo, o paciente é encaminhado a serviço de referência assistencial para início do tratamento.

   Nos casos em que o resultado se apresenta negativo, a equipe reforça as formas de prevenção e fornece todas as orientações sobre as doenças, a fim de reduzir cada vez mais o número de pessoas infectadas.
   Além destas ações pontuais de testagem, o Programa Estadual DST/Aids-SP disponibiliza tratamento e testes de sífilis e anti-HIV, que visam o diagnóstico precoce e podem ser realizados o ano todo. Essa política tem contribuído para o diagnóstico e tratamento oportuno de gestantes durante o pré-natal. Dicas de prevenção de ISTs

– Use camisinha do começo ao fim da relação sexual;
– Nunca utilize o mesmo preservativo por mais de uma vez;
– Não compartilhe objetos perfuro-constantes, como seringas e agulhas;
– Gestantes devem realizar os testes de sífilis e Aids, prevenindo e evitando a transmissão das doenças ao feto.
Dados
   A sífilis pode ser transmitida através de relações sexuais desprotegidas (sífilis adquirida), que pode acometer a população adulta e as gestantes; por transmissão vertical (sífilis congênita), quando ocorre a transmissão da doença da mãe para o bebê durante a gravidez (sífilis gestacional).
   No Estado de São Paulo, foram notificados, em 2019, 37.299 casos de sífilis adquirida, 4.013 de sífilis congênita e 12.676 casos de sífilis em gestantes.
Já a Aids, ou Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida, é uma doença infectocontagiosa causada pelo vírus HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus).
Pode ser transmitida através da relação sexual desprotegida, assim como a sífilis, ou por meio do contato com mucosas ou área ferida do corpo, além do compartilhamento de seringas e agulhas.
   O primeiro caso da doença ocorreu em 1980 e, até junho de 2019, foram notificados 105.422 casos de pessoas infectadas pelo HIV em SP.
