Procon-SP: Reclamações ligadas ao comércio online aumentam 208%
Fundação convocará reunião com principais varejistas do segmento para solicitar providências aos consumidores
O segundo semestre de 2020 ainda não fechou e a Fundação Procon-SP já registrou 120.714 mil reclamações relacionadas a problemas sobre compras online, praticamente o mesmo número do primeiro semestre inteiro que foi de 121.173. Demora ou não entrega do produto e problemas com cobrança são os questionamentos mais recorrentes.
Até 17 de outubro deste ano, são 241.887 demandas contra 78.419 de todo o ano de 2019, um aumento de 208%.
“Independentemente do aumento da demanda gerada pela pandemia ou quaisquer outras ocasiões específicas, os dados demonstram que as empresas não se preparam para as vendas online. Fornecedores vendem o que não têm no estoque, atrasam a entrega, não avisam sobre a cobrança do frete, são muitas reclamações e, por parte das empresas, respostas automáticas e protelatórias”, salienta o diretor-executivo do Procon-SP, Fernando Capez.

Diante desse panorama e, já antecipando os problemas que poderão se repetir na Black Friday, o Procon-SP convocará uma reunião com as principais empresas do comércio varejista eletrônico.
“Vamos solicitar que tomem providências para atender aos direitos dos consumidores. Esses fornecedores precisam investir mais no seu pós-venda, o consumidor não pode ser refém de empresas que só pensam em vender”, afirma Capez.
Para o consumidor que tiver problemas com compras pela internet ou outra questão de consumo, o Procon-SP disponibiliza canais de atendimentos à distância: no site (www.procon.sp.gov.br), aplicativo – disponível para Android e iOS – ou via redes sociais;
